The California Young Artists Symphony is a pre-professional orchestra providing exceptional artist fellowships for the next generation of musicians alongside visionary mentors and directors, bringing monumental music to iconic venues in the Southern California region.

CYAS is an electrifying experience for audience and musician alike, as some of the most exceptional orchestral musicians in the southern California region bring to life the greatest masterpieces of music literature.

The orchestral program brings together graduate, undergraduate, and pre-college students to form a unique ensemble rich in skill and energy. Students receive the opportunity to play alongside internationally acclaimed orchestral leaders, soloists, and directors.

CYAS looks forward to rewarding the commitment of the young artists of our generation with unparalleled guidance, and sending them into the world they will inevitably shape with their art.
